Diversity
Australia Post is proud to employ a diverse mix of people from many different backgrounds. We want our people at all levels to reflect the diversity of the communities we support every day. To achieve our goal, we ask diversity questions to learn more about who is applying for and getting our jobs. This helps us to identify and fix any barriers to inclusion. Responses to these questions are voluntary. You can choose “prefer not to say” if you want to.

Any information you do choose to share will be kept confidential and only used for reporting and improvement purposes, not for hiring decisions. Successful candidates can update their answers during the onboarding process. Your diversity information will not be used for an unlawful discriminatory purpose. You can read more about what we're doing here.
