What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting to the ‘Head Of P26 PIVOT Operations’, you will assist the enterprise to articulate the needs and the rationale for change and designing solutions that can deliver value. You will also perform on a variety of initiatives within the enterprise, the boundaries of a project, or throughout the enterprise's evolution and continuous improvement.
You’ll also
- Plan the business analysis approach and effort
- Communicate the project plan to stakeholders and monitor the progress
- Capture, document, and process mapping
- Build a shared understanding of business needs and potential solutions
- Specify and model the goals of the business and the needs of stakeholders
- Structure and manage the requirements repositories, prioritisation, change and acceptance
About You
- At least 5 years business analysis experience
- Proven process modelling experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio
- Previous experience in supervising junior business analysts
- Prior experience in change/business analysis for a large-scale and complex organization
- Experienced in business modelling and analysis tools
