With a vast array of solutions that they can offer these institutions, the Financial Institutions team of Account Managers and Strategic Relationship Managers are key team members within our business. The team are obsessed with delivering for our customers and focus on enabling sustainable growth for our major accounts.

Working with a well-established, empowering and enthusiastic people leader, you will be managing the accounts and being the main point of accountability for a portfolio of our largest banking & financial services clients. This will include the end to end ownership of customer accounts, including relationships and commercials.

Within this role you will bring a strategic outlook in planning your portfolio and you will be accountable for building senior relationships to both retain existing revenue through contract renewals and deliver sustainable growth in new business opportunities. You will have a service focus and build strong internal relationships, to help navigate our customers through a complex network in order to provide solutions. 

Your Commercial Priorities Will be:

  • Delighting our Customers by developing and implementing a customer centric strategic account plan.
  • Managing account relationships by meeting and calling executive level stakeholders within your client portfolio.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Engaging with customers on key retention activities.
  • Managing the commercial side of customer contracts with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Creating a Sustainable future by developing accounts and working to make clients aware of products that enable sustainable development within their business.
  • Supporting one another by contributing to a positive team environment, and working cross functionally to solve any problems that customers in your portfolio may encounter. 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced account manager, with a background servicing large accounts.
  • Experience and a track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Has strong proposal writing and delivery experience including RFPs
  • Shows demonstrated commercial acumen.
